Craig Dunkle leads The Dunkle-Vartanian Group, a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in Multi-Tenant Retail, Multi-Family, Office, Industrial, and Net-Leased properties. Since joining the firm four years ago, Craig has arranged the sale of over 100 assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Currently a Senior Vice President Investments, in 2021, he was promoted to Vice President Investments, and in the previous year was promoted to Senior Associate and has received both the Sales Recognition and National Achievement Award every year since 2019.

Craig is a California native and graduate from Temple University. He graduated Cum Laude with a double major in Business Administration and Legal Studies, with a minor in Management Information Systems. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Craig was the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Joy Daniels Real Estate Group.
